Position: Clinical Sales Specialist - Germany (home office based)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with existing and competitive customers based on a strategic plan to sell Spectrum Medical hospital solutions.

  • Create, implement, and effectively follow through with a strategic sales plan to achieve sales goals and objectives.

  • Determine the needs/goals of the customer and create Spectrum Medical solutions that addresses their specific needs.

  • Develop and maintain a high-level of expertise in the Spectrum Medical portfolio of products and solutions.

  • Work closely with other divisions and provide customer feedback for new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications.

  • Complete all administrative reporting accurately and in a timely manner (i.e. expense reports, weekly, activity, forecasting).

  • Manage territory, time, schedule, in a cost effective and efficient manner within company policy.

  • Conducting clinical customer training for Spectrum Medical perfusion products.

  • Conducting trainings at Spectrum Medical experience centres and at customer sites.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the region.

  • Creating and running simulation training programs for customers.

  • Supporting Sales and Marketing team and providing clinical perfusion expertise.

  • Supporting Sales and Marketing team at national and international medical conferences.

  • Responsibility to set up Spectrum products to customers specifications before delivery.

  • Installing Spectrum products at customer sites and providing onsite user training and continuous customer service.

Requirements:

  • Perfusionist or Professional Degree

  • 3-5 years cardiac surgical products selling experience.

  • Experience in selling to surgeons in cardiac O.R. preferred.

  • Track record of success in a high-pressure sales environment.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • Extensive Ability/willingness to travel.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Appreciation of the importance of attention to detail

  • Self-driven, highly motivated to perform

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks

  • Ability and willingness to work on a self-organized agenda

  • Creative problem solving

  • Adaptable to different hospital work environments

  • Willingness to travel up to 75%.

  • Good English (written and verbal) and any European Language
